An infill development consisting of:

  • 4 detached houses in an existing 'rear' lot

  • 2 storeys

  • over 600m² Gross Floor Area

  • avoiding a major public stormwater pipe

Urban Form Design’s role:

  • provide preliminary design for Resource Consent and detailed design for Building Consent

  • provide urban design review for Resource Consent
