Crestview Rise Private Plan Change (PC108) to the Auckland Unitary Plan

This plan change re-zoned approximately 2ha of land in the fringe of Papakura from Rural - Countryside Living Zone to Residential - Mixed Housing Urban Zone under the Auckland Unitary Plan (AUP). This plan change introduced a new precinct - the ‘Crestview Rise Precinct’, to apply to the re-zoned land and the adjoining Countryside Living Zone land. The plan change also shifted the Rural Urban Boundary to align with the boundary between the Mixed Housing Urban Zone and the Countryside Living Zone.
