A 26ha land/housing development project with more than 250 detached and attached houses consisting of:

• land subdivision

• affordable detached, semi-detached and terraced houses

• bushes, stormwater reserve, ecological areas, streams and hilly land

Urban Form Design's role:

• lead master planning and land subdivision

• provide architectural, landscape and urban design for Resource Consent

• provide detailed design for Building Consent

• providing master planning and urban design works for a private plan change - re-zoning
